To reduce the cost of building a house, we develop its own building technology , maximum optimize workflow and buy basic building materials at the best prices from our trusted suppliers from all over Ukraine.

Prices shown on the site are not advertising. We have standard designs that figured out each nail as it offers various construction. Costed projects are designed exclusively to reduce the cost per square meter of a house while sacrificing comfort, functionality and practicality. Such an approach we believe is not correct. Home is a place where you and your family will be spending up to 60% of their time and so everything should be designed in detail by the customer.
